Session Topic
Dr. Robert Schulte’s topic “Psychiatric Medications for Autistic Spectrum Disorders…Friend or Foe & How to Know?” draws on his 20 years of experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, ADD and ADHD, psychotic disorders, addictive disorders, bi-polar disorder, autism, and Asperger’s syndrome. His clinical practice employs both Psychotherapy (talking therapy) and Psychopharmacology (medication) in his work with children and adults.

Speaker Biography
Robert Schulte, MD, is a private practitioner with a broad range of clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Schulte is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and was a Resident, Fellow and Instructor at Harvard Medical School prior to moving to Arizona. He is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. In his role as a member of the GLG Council, Dr. Schulte is regularly consulted on innovations in psychopharmacology.
