For many people with learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, Autism, and Asperger’s, ensuring continued success in the workplace usually requires them to disclose their condition to their employer.

By doing so,  individuals who are considered qualified applicants can tap into the reasonable accommodations and protections under the provisions of the ADAAA. However, for a high number of people with these conditions, many continue choose not to disclose or don’t know how to disclose.

In collaboration with Climbing the Cinder Cone, Veronica Crawford, President of Life Development Institute answers how to effectively disclose and addresses many other employment-related questions relative to job seekers with LD, ADHD and ASD.
