CIP Berkeley: Learning TV Production

CIP Berkeley TVCory is learning how to use a DSLR (Canon 60D) to shoot an HD short promo for the station. He was learning how to compose a shot in different light settings. He then spent a few hours editing a short promo (station identification). He will add effects, color correction, sound, and graphics next week.

Broadcasting and filmmaking is a collaborative profession, and having strong social skills (interpersonal communication skills, soft skills, flexibility, active listening and clear speech, making inferences, “reading people”/Theory of Mind, a sense of humor and creativity) are all essential. Cory is really coming along in these areas. Great job, Cory!
